We evaluated this part under 2 kinds of constitutive promoters(BBa_J23106 and BBa_J23109). Trehalose production was checked by thin layer chromatography. On this figure, Pmediumand Plow means the promoters; BBa_J23106 and BBa_J23109 respectively. Empty means the empty vector. The spot of trehalose was detected. Therefore, we confirmed this part encoding OtsB converts trehalose-6-phosphate to trehalose. http://www.fastpic.jp/images.php?file=3919181058.png |
